Use of Music or Images in Classroom Presentations on the Web
If a class presentation contains copyrighted music or images, can it be placed on the web? Is this fair use?
Answer
YES, as long as access is restricted in some way. Placing these materials in Commonwealth University's Brightspace or on Mediasite and limiting access would be appropriate options.
