It's not allowing me to place a request in EZBorrow - What do I do?
What to do if you can't place a request for the book you want in EZBorrow.

A couple of things may be happening here.
1. The book you want may already be owned by CU Libraries. If this is the case, the text, "This item is not available through EZBorrow" will appear. Search the CU Libraries Catalog for your title. If the book that you want is owned by the CU Libraries but checked out, contact Interlibrary Loan. If the book you want is owned by CU Libraries but does not reside at the Library on your campus, you may request Book Delivery.
2. The book may not be loanable from one or more (or even all) of the PALCI cooperating libraries. That is, check all of the EZBorrow records (results) to see if the title you need is available. If you do not see a loanable copy, request the book through ILLIAD.
