Where in the library can you ask for research assistance in using library resources?

Answer

Librarians maintain an on-call schedule and are regularly available to help students, staff, and faculty from 10-6 Monday- Thursday and 10-4 on Fridays. If you would like assistance from a librarian, ask the staff at the Circulation desk to connect you with the Librarian on duty.

Additionally, at any time you can submit a ticket and a librarian will follow up with you.

You can also make an appointment with any of our librarians for virtual research help or an in-person appointment with one of the librarians located on your campus.

You may ask for assistance at the main desk on the 1st floor of Andruss Library, and the staff person there will call the librarian on duty.

You may use the Ask Us service at any time.  If a Librarian is on duty, you may chat with them.  If a Librarian is not on duty, you may leave your question, along with your CU email address, and a Librarian will respond in one business day.
