I am unable to renew my book online, what should I do?

Answer

If you cannot renew a book in the Library Catalog, ty one or more of the following.

  • Refresh the page
  • Switch browser (Firefox, MS Internet Explorer, etc.) and try again
  • You can also call the Circulation Desk during the Library Hours and ask for a renewal

    • Mansfield 570-662-4671

Keep in mind that you may not renew interlibrary loan books through the Library Catalog.  To do that, go to either ILLIAD or EZBorrow to request a renewal (if available), or contact your Library's Interlibrary Loan staff.
