What is Peer-to-Peer file sharing?

BU has a policy on the Legal use of Copyrighted Material and File Sharing at Bloomsburg University that explains the provisions BU has implemented to reduce the illegal uploading and downloading of copyrighted works through peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing.
